This month (June 2010), a delegation of 17 Arts et Metiers ParisTech students (recently graduated) and 3 professors will undertake an entrepreneurship study tour in Silicon Valley. The trip will include visits to Stanford University, U.C. Berkeley, and several large and small technology companies headquartered in the region. The objectives of the tour are to strengthen the links between our school and some leading universities, to deepen the understanding that students have about entrepreneurship and stimulate their own entrepreneurial ambitions, and to develop expanded internship opportunities for Arts et Metiers ParisTech students. The group is lead by Philippe Arnaud, and the web site that will chronicle their visit can be found at http://www.aeam2010.com/blog/project-overview/. AFAM is proud to be a sponsor of this project and will host the delegation in Silicon Valley on June 24, 2010....
